By clicking Submit, I hereby grant Outlaw Entertainment Group and the Backwoods Music Festival (together, “Company”), and their directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees and designees, an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free, transferable and sublicensable right to record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use my image, voice, name, likeness, statements and any recordings or photographs of me (the “Images”) in any media now known or later developed for any lawful purpose, with or without compensation; I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use, and to the fullest extent permitted by law I waive any moral rights or rights of attribution; I release, discharge and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, causes of action or damages (including for invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising from the use of the Images and agree to indemnify the Company for third‑party claims resulting from my breach of this release; this release is binding on me and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assign; this release is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kay County, Oklahoma.
