Phase 1 — Backyards 2 Backwoods (2024–2026)

Strategizing to acquisition the festival. Back to our roots! Grassroots ignition. Small venues. Local talent. Community-first programming. This is where we rebuild trust, rebuild culture, and rebuild the tribe……. one backyard, one story, one night at a time.

Phase 2 — Backwoods & Friends (2026–2027)

Mid‑tier venues. Regional partnerships. Scaled production. Think historic and nostalgic Cain’s Ballroom energy, curated collaborations, and a growing ecosystem of artists, creators, and fans who carry the brand forward 365 days on the road to revitalization and redemption.

Phase 3 — Road 2 Backwoods (2027)

The soft launch. The bridge year. Mobile pop‑ups, route‑based activations, digital storytelling, and a full brand universe that begins to connect every market on the map from Tulsa/OKC, DFW, KC, Des Moines, Fayetteville, Nashville, and more.

Phase 4 — Backwoods Bash: 20th Anniversary (2028)
